ISH Holding Elevates its Position in B2B SaaS Recruitment Sector with the Strategic Acquisition of Homerun.

Amsterdam, Netherlands, 04/1/2024 – ISH Holding (ISH) proudly announces its latest milestone with the acquisition of Homerun, a prominent Dutch recruitment platform offering a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The addition of Homerun to the portfolio marks a significant advancement in ISH’s presence in the Netherlands and beyond, boasting a total clientele spanning over 1,500 customers across more than 30 countries.

After the successful acquisition of Jobtoolz in June 2023, a Belgian-based ATS, Homerun represents the second acquisition of the ISH Group. ISH focuses on acquiring and scaling promising emerging SaaS businesses with a minimum of about €1m ARR to high growth businesses. ISH combines specialists from private equity and experienced SaaS entrepreneurs, all with multiple successful exits behind them.  

Traditional private equity funding typically targets businesses that have reached a minimum of €5 – 10m ARR. However, ISH recognizes the value of investing earlier and helping owners/founders develop their companies to achieve that level of revenue and beyond. The approach of ISH is tailored to individual companies, offering support for entrepreneurial decision-making at the customer level. With a reach spanning Europe, the UK and Australia, ISH provides experienced personnel on the ground to support international expansion.
